Our 24-unit condo complex, called
Makani a Kai, is located on the sand at the end of a dead end street behind
sugar cane fields in the small quiet community of Ma'alaea Bay Village, on
Maui's south side. It's away
from the crowds, but centrally located near the Maui Ocean Center between the
towns of Kihei, Lahaina, and Kahului.
Our 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is on the ground floor with an ocean view from
the living room and one bedroom. It has a fully equipped remodeled kitchen and outdoor barbeques next to the pool. It's just steps away from 5 miles of undeveloped Sugar
Beach, perfect for walks or a refreshing dip.
Smoking is not allowed within the condo or on the lanai and is prohibited by Hawaii law within 20 feet of entrances and windows - please use designated areas if you smoke.
